Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Support
Conduct site surveys and analyze potential locations for new store openings or renovations
Coordinate with vendors and contractors throughout project phases
Assist the Project Manager with operational tasks and cost analysis
Maintenance & Facility Management
Oversee maintenance activities across all company facilities (stores, warehouses, offices)
Manage vendor and contractor coordination for maintenance work
Organize communication related to facility upkeep, including procurement and inventory control
Schedule and manage regular inspections and maintenance of store facilities
Research and evaluate new local suppliers and materials
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
1 to 5 years of relevant experience
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
Familiarity with architectural principles (license not required)
Understanding of Japanese construction laws, particularly those relevant to the retail sector
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities
Capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously
Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Adobe software, Outlook, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and collaborative team-oriented mindset
