SW embedded engineer

【必須要件】
・C++経験（中級以上、C++開発実務3年以上）
・自動車業界又は車載向けソフトウェア組込開発の経験
・Linux環境での開発経験
・英語：ビジネスレベル
・日本語：読み書き＋技術会議でのコミュニケーション（目安：N3上位レベル）
・主体的でチームでの合意形成を重視する方
【歓迎要件】
・Autosar Classic、Autosar Adaptiveいずれかでの設定・開発・統合経験, Aspice準拠環境での開発経験, ROSの経験のある方歓迎
・ADASシステム開発プロジェクトの経験
・Computer Visionの知識・経験
・アーキテクチャデザインの知識・経験
・CI・CDの知識・経験
・Gtest、Python開発経験

Required Qualifications
C++ experience (intermediate or above; 3+ years of hands-on development)
Experience in the automotive industry and/or embedded software development for in-vehicle systems
Development experience in a Linux environment
English: business level
Japanese: reading/writing plus technical meeting communication (guideline: Upper N3 level)
Proactive, with a strong emphasis on consensus-building within a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in configuration, development, and integration with either AUTOSAR Classic or AUTOSAR Adaptive; experience in an ASPICE-compliant environment; ROS experience is a plus
Experience in ADAS system development projects
Knowledge and experience in computer vision
Knowledge and experience in architecture design
Knowledge and experience with CI/CD
Experience with GoogleTest (gtest) and Python development
