【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
• Provide technical activities to all PSI related sales and business development including partnership development, in Japan, by closely working with APAC Client Solutions and Product team, especially presales stage.
• Implement a wide range of sales and admin activities for both internal and external: Retention and development of the company's existing business along with generation of New Business in existing customers and new prospects
• Focusing on meeting the financial objectives, mainly Order Intake, of IDEMIA by qualifying, collaborating, and then winning business in Japan.
Main responsibilities:
• Understand the customer’s technical requirements including implicit requirements, design/produce attractive solution with concrete materials, and manage the proposal making.
• Conduct the technical presentation to the customers, demonstration of the PSI product/solutions to the customers, Proof of Concept, and manage Q&A etc.
• Demonstrate the leadership for technical proposal building in tender replying • Lead the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
• Identify and create new opportunities with focus on the Public Security and Identity market
• Understand the customer’s technical requirements including implicit requirements, design/produce attractive solution with concrete materials, and manage the proposal making.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Minimum 5 years of experiences of presales, technical sales, solution management and/or sales, business development role
Ability to read international, Japan market trends and movements, and turn them into the solution/offer.
Native-level Japanese and business level English
Familiar to the operation of Windows/Linux based application software – problem finding in the application, log analysis, appropriate action. Competencies / Soft skills: Management Skills
