【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
To dress / re-dress mannequins in store throughout the business
To install new window schemes within store
Oversee and monitor the quality and maintenance of the floor display areas within the company
Professionally communicate with store management and head office on the best options / actions resulting in issues raised from daily maintenance
To maintain care of all equipment in relation to all aspects of floor display
Work with the rest of the team in the production of the VM directive and to oversee its implementation companywide
Ensure a safe working environment for themselves, staff, customers and visitors to the premises
【REQUIREMENTS】
+3 years of VMD experience in Fashion industry with strong Display and Visual Merchandising skills
Good leadership and excellent training skills
Commercially driven with an understanding of sales reports
Motivational and organizational skills
Able to demonstrate and promote the AllSaints brand values
Commercially minded, visually skilled
Business-level English
