Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute seasonal display guideline schedules.

  • Lead and provide support to VMD Ambassadors during display installations and updates.

  • Design and implement training programs to strengthen the skills and expertise of VM Ambassadors.

  • Oversee and execute window display rollouts according to schedule.

  • Plan and deliver visual presentations for new store openings, renovations, events, and pop-up projects.

  • Manage and execute regular in-store visual refreshes.

  • Handle procurement and inventory management of VM tools and materials.

Communication
  • Collaborate closely with the global VM team and cross-functional departments within the Japan office.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Build effective relationships across all organizational levels—from senior leadership to store staff.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.

  • Effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exhibit a proactive approach and a strong sense of initiative.

  • Independently generate and develop creative new ideas.

  • Utilize analytical thinking to interpret and apply sales data to visual strategies.

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within an international setting.

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (required).

  • Deep interest in fashion and the luxury industry.

  • Passionate about style, creativity, and brand storytelling.

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Flexible to work retail-based schedules, including evenings and weekends.
