< Position Overview >
We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This role involves developing efficient processes for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, maintaining accurate inventory control, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Engineering, and Procurement.
Ideal candidates will have practical experience in warehouse or inventory management and a solid understanding of how these functions support overall business operations.
< Key Responsibilities >
Supervise the receipt and dispatch of goods and components
Manage inventory and keep accurate records (including basic PC tasks)
Optimize warehouse workflows and layout for efficiency
Collaborate with internal departments such as Procurement, Engineering, and Finance
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
<Who We’re Looking For>
Hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics roles
Background in manufacturing or hardware-focused businesses
Comfortable communicating with English-speaking team members
Possession of a forklift license or experience handling shipping preparations
Japanese: Native or JLPT N1 level
English: Business proficiency
