Assist key teams including Musketeers, Key Account Managers, and Distribution Managers in rolling out tools and strategies.
Enhancing Industry Marketing Efforts
Oversee marketing programs aimed at increasing product consumption, industry support, and brand reputation.
Develop engaging brand experiences that spark word-of-mouth promotion within the industry community.
Support field teams to continuously improve marketing execution.

Data Analysis and Market Research

Maintain thorough knowledge of all national and international on-premise marketing tools, concepts, and guidelines.
Keep materials and best practices updated, and share knowledge with on-premise team members.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to key teams to ensure deep understanding and effective market implementation.
Collaborate with event managers and Musketeers to execute marketing activities and POS activations at company-sponsored and external events.
< Requirements >
Over 5 years of marketing experience in a business setting.
Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive thinking and action.
Highly self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-moving, dynamic field environment.
Strong strategic insight with solid understanding of commercial, sales, and financial processes.
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting consumer, sales, and customer data, combined with effective planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
Outstanding communication and active listening skills, along with strong negotiation capabilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic proficiency in iOS and Microsoft Office applications.
