Job Description Responsibility Job:
1. Wholesale Sales Planning & Execution (50%)
Develop and propose sales strategies for wholesale clients including department stores, e-commerce platforms, catalog retailers, airlines, and hotels.
Design and implement channel-specific sales initiatives, tailored to client needs.
Lead the creation of promotional materials such as leaflets, tie-up content, gift items, and custom packaging.
Set sales targets, manage budgets, and conduct performance analysis to track effectiveness.
Plan and assess the impact of wholesale advertising campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
2. e-Wholesale Operations (25%)
Manage partnerships with major external EC platforms (e.g., HANKYU Online, Mitsukoshi Isetan Mico).
Propose and coordinate promotional campaigns, and streamline advertising processes to maximize ROI.
Work closely with EC staff to support ad operations and campaign optimization.
3. Event Planning and Management (15%)
Organize and oversee pop-up events at wholesale partner locations.
Handle staff coordination, training, and logistics for event execution.
4. New Business Development (10%)
Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities.
Plan and execute strategies to onboard new wholesale partners.
Qualification Requirements:
■Requirements/MUST:
・3+ years experience in wholesale or retail planning and proposal sales
・Intermediate or higher level of Excel (ability to use Vlook, Pivot, etc.)
・Experience in wholesale planning and sales in any of the mail order channels such as department stores, EC, catalog gifts, hotels, airlines, etc.
■ Welcome requirements:
・Experience in planning and proposing in the consumer goods industry
・Those who have handled products with a large number of SKUs
・Those with extensive experience in planning and proposing (experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred)
・Those with experience in sales development of new channels, planning and proposing sales promotion
