About the Team
The Lark Channel Sales team is responsible for expanding the partner ecosystem by acquiring new channel partners, strengthening existing relationships, and driving trust and value for the user community.
Role Overview
The Account Executive will lead market expansion efforts in Japan, developing and executing strategies that strengthen brand presence, grow market share, and create commercial impact across industries. The role focuses on identifying opportunities in operationally intensive sectors and exploring new areas where the product can add measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales strategies and execution to expand market presence in Japan.
Build and manage trusted relationships with new and existing customers and partners.
Develop business plans that enhance brand recognition and fuel growth across industries.
Identify new commercial opportunities and create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing full-cycle enterprise software sales or equivalent experience in a related function.
Strong track record in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with proven success in exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with enterprise collaboration software.
Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, or start-up environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
