·       Develop a strategic and tactical approach for establishing accounts based on thorough business analysis.

·       Organize and facilitate regular business meetings to ensure alignment with the company's vision and strategies.

·       Devise and execute plans to showcase a diverse range of products that will optimize the available product selection.

·       Strategize and implement methods for effective management of selling space, enhancing brand visibility through shop-in-shops and designated corners.

·       Continuously explore potential new accounts that align with the brand's identity.

·       Implement established sales methodology (Salesforce) in accordance with established best practices and guidelines.

·       Create regular and on-demand reports encompassing visitation data, sales metrics, presentations, and other pertinent customer information for both management and personal use.

·       Compile and disseminate market news, competitor updates, and other pertinent information to deeper comprehension of the market, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and overall performance.

·       Achieve targeted revenue and margin figures as outlined in the budget.

·       Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) in collaboration with Key Accounts to attain annual budget objectives.



  • 5 years of experience in sales experience brand oriented

  • Native Japanese ability and Business level of English

  • Strong PC skills

  • Result-driven, accepts changing structures
