The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for driving revenue growth for the business. Our team includes Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Managers, Agency and Partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
The GBS team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the community grows at an unprecedented speed worldwide, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are transforming the advertising industry in real time.
Responsibilities
Build relationships and foster engagement with key personnel at advertising agencies
Generate leads and secure credits for large-scale projects through agency partnerships
Design and execute workshops for ad agencies to generate leads
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored by industry and product
Gather insights and feedback to share with marketing, product, and operations teams
Support and promote various initiatives, including package creation, sales expansion, product promotion, and operational improvement projects
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience in digital media, digital advertising agencies, ad tech companies, or related platforms
Strong understanding of advertising media specifications and placement algorithms
Proven ability to negotiate and present solutions from a client-centric perspective
Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluency in Japanese
