【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Support all aspects of the development, acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, valuations and debt teams as well as the CFO’s office.
Due diligence, market research, financing, financial reporting, closing and preparing leasing, operating and capital analyses for both existing properties and properties under development.
Create and analyze sophisticated cash flow models relative to underwriting investment opportunities.
Prepare asset performance reports for upper management on a quarterly, semi- annual and annual basis, including but not limited to: quarterly cash distributions, quarterly investor reporting, mid-year valuations and budgeting.
Ensure all operational information is appropriately captured and current in the ARGUS models for investment assets.
Communicate effectively and timely with property managers, property accountants and the investments and leasing team to gain information needed for detailed reports on the financial performance of investments.
Coordinate and perform due diligence for acquisitions, developments and dispositions
Assist in writing internal and external Investor Memorandums.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Business-level English ＆ Japanese
Good Financial Modeling skills
【WELCOME SKILLS】
Experience in investment banking
Experience in real estate acquisition/asset management
Knowledge about PJ
