Job Overview

Lead and oversee store operations, both directly and through supervisors, to meet sales and profit goals following company retail policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise assigned stores to achieve sales and budget targets.

  • Visit stores regularly to support staff and managers, improving service and performance.

  • Assist in training supervisors and store managers.

  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to create and implement sales plans.

  • Directly manage 6–12 official stores or outlets (subject to change).

  • Spend about 70% of working time on business trips, including 6 domestic store visits per month.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years as a store manager in SPA or brand retail.

  • Minimum 3 years as an area manager or supervisor in a similar setting.

  • Experience in retail operations management.

  • University degree preferred.

  • Conversational English preferred.

Job-related skills:

  • Ability to boost store sales and improve merchandising strategies.

  • Experience with VMD planning and implementation.

  • Knowledge of managing sales in apparel, footwear, and accessories.

  • Strong prioritization, delegation, problem-solving, and coaching skills.

  • Time management and basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
