Role Summary
We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to design and manage compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent. The role partners with HRBPs and HR Centres of Excellence to align programs with country, regional, and global policies. Strong knowledge of C&B, labor laws, logical thinking, communication, and project management skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and C&B programs.
Manage year-end compensation planning to support pay-for-performance.
Support HR initiatives for line-of-business departments.
Conduct position evaluation and compensation planning for senior roles in collaboration with HRBP and regional teams.
Monitor and analyze market trends through benchmarking and surveys to ensure competitiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years experience in HR C&B, or 3+ years participating in HR policy change projects as a consultant.
Market research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Logical thinking and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities/projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a global company.
Fluent in Japanese and English.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
Experience in HR strategic projects.
Knowledge of statistics is a plus.

資格要件
学士号
HR C&Bで3年以上の経験、または人事制度変更プロジェクトに3年以上参画
マーケット分析、問題解決能力
