Role Summary – Chief Financial Officer (Japan)
As CFO, you will take the lead in all financial operations and strategy, directly reporting to the Global CFO (based in Italy) and the CEO of the APAC region. This role focuses on strategic financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring local operations are aligned with global objectives to support long-term, sustainable growth.
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Oversee all aspects of financial, tax, and management accounting activities
Coordinate external audits and tax submissions in partnership with third-party providers
Lead global budgeting processes, financial reporting, and variance analysis
Develop and enforce internal controls and compliance with company financial policies
Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions
