【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Your role will be to provide advice on business strategies from a financial perspective, to formulate financial strategies, and to be responsible for everything from negotiations with various VCs, institutional investors, and financial institutions to strategy implementation.
Communication and promotion with management members involved in management decision-making
Planning and execution of financial strategies based on business plans
Promoting communication and building relationships with domestic and overseas VCs, institutional investors, various financial institutions, etc.
Related to management accounting Building rules and data infrastructure
【REQUIREMENTS】
[One of the following is required]
Financial advisory work experience at various investment banks, etc.
Investment work experience at a PE firm, etc.
Over 3 years of work experience in a department similar to the finance department of a business company (especially an IT startup)
