Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of the Customer Service team in sales order management, logistics and customer service related activities. Also leading team members to the right way with handling administration activities, documentation and supporting all team efforts.
Assist the Manager to ensure smooth operation of the CS team in providing professional customer service to local business accounts.
Maintains close coordination with sales, marketing, finance, factories, forwarders and customers, etc. on order processing.
Responsible for customer service and providing support to the sales functions including answering customer enquiries, handling complaints and order processing.
Ensures timely and accurate order processing, delivery schedule and product shipment, including Order backlog management.
Handles return orders and claims.
Prepares business reports for internal and external customers.
Participate and contribute in the global or regional projects as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Degree preferably in Business Studies or related subject.
Minimum 5 years of customer service and logistics experience in the manufacturing or trading field.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken Japanese and English.
Strong customer service skills with good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, the ability to work independently and act according to circumstances.
Honest, punctual, self-motivated.
Proficient in Windows applications such as MS Office, Excel, etc.
Experience with ERP systems, SAP is a plus.
Experience with Global/Multinational online retailers is a plus.
People Management experience would be applicable.
