Role Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with pig farmers to ensure they gain maximum value from the company’s digital solutions. This includes managing ongoing relationships, supporting product adoption, and contributing to product development through customer feedback. You will also be involved in solution-based sales and collaborate with distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer success support for digital products, including closing sales

  • Conduct sales meetings with pig farmers across Japan (both online and in-person), with occasional business travel (1–2 times per month)

  • Collaborate with distributors to support customer engagement

  • Gather user feedback and relay insights to the product development team

  • Support adoption of digital tools such as the farm management system and AI/IoT-based solutions

Required Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Experience in customer success (preferably in a SaaS environment)

  • Strong interest in technology and digital products

  • Willingness to engage with farmers and understand their operational needs

  • Valid driver’s license (required for on-site farm visits)

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (especially in IT, SaaS, or consulting)

  • Experience with IoT product sales or implementation

  • Knowledge or interest in agriculture or livestock industries

  • Basic skills in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools)
