  • Support Deployment and Installation of digital systems

  • Digital systems Project Updates and Reporting

  • Digital system Project Documentation Preparation and Control

  • Technical support regarding reported incidents and problems

  • Train Operations supervisors and subcontractors on incident maintenance

  • Support for system reliability and improvement

  • On-site maintenance

  • Support preparation of Operations teams

  • Support Troubleshooting of digital systems

  • Supervision of system performance, quality of service and respect of SLAs

  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams




  • 1-2 years experience in IT Operation management including digital systems technology

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Capable to manage critical systems and tight deadlines

  • Autonomous, motivated, proactive & independent; anticipates problems and works effectively within teams

  • Field operation experience with installations and maintenance of electronic and IT systems

  • Full Japanese proficiency, and written & verbal communication skills in English is a must



  • Master / Bachelor in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related

  • Digital Signage Technologies

  • Proficiency in Linux operating systems

  • Rigorous and meticulous
