Analyze and forecast financial data to contribute to the management and business decision-making process. Provide timely and accurate information and support to GM and business units for decision making. Prepare budgets and manage forecasting and propose improvement measures.

【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Analyze YLJ's financial situation and make future financial projections.YLJの財務状況を分析し、将来的な財務予測を行う。
Provide advice to management based on financial data to support decision making.財務データに基づいた経営層にアドバイスを行い、意思決定をサポートする。
Analyze profitability, safety, productivity, and other metrics.収益性、安全性、生産性などの指標分析を行う。
Manage business expenses and implement cost reduction initiatives.事業経費を管理し、コスト削減の取り組みを行う。
Plan and analyze budgets compared to actuals and recommend improvements as needed.予算の計画を立て、実績と比較して分析し、必要に応じて改善策を提案する。
Build revenue and pricing models and assist in resolving business issues.収益や価格設定モデルの構築し、経営課題の解決をサポートする。
【REQUIREMENTS】
JSC Bookkeeping Level 2 日商簿記2級
At least 5 years of experience in FP&A FP＆Aの経験5年以上
Experience using Tableau Tableau使用経験
Business level English proficiency ビジネスレベルの英語力
Native level Japanese language skills ネイティブレベルの日本語力
Able to communicate smoothly with various departments and skilled at gathering information. 様々な部門とコミュニケーションを円滑にとる事ができ、情報収集に長けている。
