Role Overview
The Fulfillment Center (FC) Manager plays a critical role in driving growth by overseeing all aspects of FC operations. In this role, you will lead teams to achieve operational excellence with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity, while championing the company’s culture and leadership principles.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Oversight: Oversee and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflows from inbound to outbound.

  • Team Leadership: Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training, and performance of fulfillment center personnel.

  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and best practices.

  • Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, addressing variances and ensuring targets are met.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with QA, Admin, Finance, Inbound, Stow & Picking, and Outbound teams to align goals and operations.

  • Problem Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving operational challenges effectively.

  • Compliance & Safety: Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Broad understanding of business operations (finance, legal, HR, logistics, e-commerce, technology).

  • Experience in hiring talent as an interviewer or hiring manager.

  • Experience working in or recruiting within a startup environment.
