Background of Hiring
This role is being created to strengthen organizational capability. The HR team currently consists of a small group covering recruitment, training, and HR operations, and requires an experienced leader to drive recruitment and talent development initiatives while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will primarily focus on recruitment activities, with gradual involvement in training and development initiatives.
Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)
Develop and execute recruitment strategies by role type, including channel selection, prioritization, and budget allocation
Design and manage recruitment KPIs, with regular review and improvement cycles
Lead both new graduate and mid-career hiring initiatives
Operate direct sourcing and scouting activities, including messaging strategy and A/B testing
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring effectiveness
Training & Development (Secondary Responsibility)
Support and improve internal training programs
Contribute to long-term talent development planning

Compensation
Monthly salary range: Approx. JPY 340,000 – 470,000
Estimated annual compensation: Approx. JPY 5.5M – 7.5M

Required Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Either of the following:
At least 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (new graduate and mid-career), including KPI-driven improvement and hiring process design
At least 2 years of experience managing training programs
Preferred
Experience leading or mentoring junior HR team members
Education & Language
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
Japanese: Native or business-level
English: Basic to intermediate proficiency (willingness to improve accepted)
