Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the IT division. The HRBP aligns HR initiatives with IT business objectives, driving a high-performance culture. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and knowledge of HR practices and life insurance industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with IT leadership to implement HR strategies supporting business objectives.
Support IT managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top IT talent.
Support organizational change initiatives within IT.
Implement HR initiatives in collaboration with global and regional teams.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion within IT.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
2+ years HR experience, preferably as an HRBP.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a global or multinational company.
Self-starter.
Fluent in Japanese and English.
Preferred Skills
Deep knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
Experience with HRIS and other HR software.
Participation in strategic HR projects.
Experience in financial institutions, especially insurance, is a plus.

資格要件
学士号
