Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Global Head of Security to strengthen our global security framework. This role will be responsible for planning and driving our security strategy across the entire organization, including overseas subsidiaries. The successful candidate will lead the development of a structure that balances both business growth and a high level of security.

Mission / Challenges

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute company-wide security strategies

  • Plan and promote initiatives based on mid-to-long-term security roadmaps

  • Develop and drive a global security strategy in collaboration with U.S. subsidiaries

  • Promote operational efficiency through the adoption of new technologies such as generative AI

  • Oversee overall security department management, including:

    • Organizational design, talent acquisition, and budget control

    • Maximizing team performance and supporting the achievement of operational goals

  • People management:

    • Foster team culture and enhance employee engagement

    • Manage performance

    • Support skills development and career growth of team members

Required Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of information security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, CIS Controls, SOC2 Type 2

  • Experience in implementing and managing endpoint and cloud security solutions such as EPP/EDR, CNAPP

  • Experience in implementing and managing network security technologies such as firewalls (FW), IDS/IPS, WAF, SWG/CASB

  • Experience assessing technical security risks in web applications, APIs, and various platforms

  • Hands-on experience conducting vulnerability assessments using offensive techniques such as penetration testing and red team exercises

  • Experience in developing and executing security strategies on a global scale

  • At least 2 years of managing a team of 10 or more members, including organizational operations and people management
