【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
IT Infrastructure:
Act as first point of contact for IT support for the company
Manage company IT assets (hardware and software), and user accounts
Maintain company infrastructure systems and IT services
Manage and cooperate with external vendors
IT Security:
Assist in designing and implementing all aspects of IT security (network, anti-virus, devices etc.)
Propose and maintain rules and guidelines for IT security, conduct training to educate employees of IT rules & regulations
Analyzing current and future risks in security, implement solutions
Responding to IT security auditing
【REQUIREMENTS】
Fluent Japanese and some proficiency in English
Work experience as internal IT support, including experience with troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues
Extensive understanding of Windows Professional and Server OS
Knowledge of MacOS, iOS, Android and Linux
Extensive knowledge of network technologies e.g. TCP/IP, routing, VPN and Wi-Fi
Good interpersonal skills, self-starter personality with ability to work in a changing and global environment
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Experience in projects such as new roll outs and migration of IT services
Certifications such as ITIL, ISMS, Cisco etc.
Experience in any Cloud services e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP
