About the Role
As an Overseas Material Controller, you will play a key role in supporting smooth production operations by ensuring timely procurement of parts from overseas suppliers. This position involves managing orders based on production plans, optimizing inventory, and coordinating with internal departments to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Place and manage orders for parts based on production schedules.
Coordinate and negotiate delivery timelines with overseas suppliers.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels.
Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, manufacturing, quality, and supplier relationship management.
Configure and manage parameters in the parts requirement planning system.
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in production control or order management within a manufacturing environment.
Comfortable using English for written communication.
Native or fluent Japanese language skills.
Valid driver’s license (for company car use).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling unexpected logistics issues (e.g., switching from sea to air freight).
Experience in international trade operations using English.
Familiarity with trade administration or logistics systems.

必須要件
製造業における生産管理または受注管理の実務経験（3年以上）
英語でのメール対応に抵抗がないこと
日本語：ネイティブまたは流暢レベル
普通自動車運転免許（社用車の運転あり）
歓迎要件
突発的な物流対応の経験（例：船便から航空便への切り替えなど）
英語を使用した貿易実務の経験
貿易事務や物流システムに関する知識
