Role Overview

A global premium automotive company is seeking a Parts Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of its aftersales parts department.

This role focuses on maintaining efficient parts management, supporting dealer networks, and ensuring smooth supply chain coordination. The position also contributes to improving operational processes and supporting sales growth for parts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
Parts & Supplier Management
  • Maintain and update parts master data, including pricing and supplier information.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure stable supply and accurate data management.

  • Support the planning of initial stock requirements for new vehicle model launches.

Inventory & Supply Planning
  • Manage parts inventory levels, including demand forecasting and stock replenishment.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accuracy of stock records.

  • Oversee the disposal process for obsolete or unused parts.

Dealer Support & Communication
  • Act as a point of contact for dealer inquiries related to parts availability and operations.

  • Investigate and resolve dealer claims while working with internal teams to improve quality and processes.

  • Coordinate with global headquarters or technical teams to address operational issues.

Operational Coordination
  • Support internal back-office operations related to parts management.

  • Work with IT teams to improve system functionality and implement operational enhancements.

  • Assist with the publication of parts information materials and accessory documentation.

Training & Business Support
  • Assist with training initiatives for dealer parts teams.

  • Analyze operational and sales data to support business planning and improvement.

  • Provide support for company events and promotional activities when required.

Candidate Profile
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably within the automotive industry.

  • Experience with parts data management or inventory operations is preferred.

Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with parts management systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.

  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicles is beneficial.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.

Language
