Pharmacology Project Leader (Immunology/CNS/Oncology)
Job Description
• Project Participation
Represent the Pharmacology Department in drug candidate discovery projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, propose, and implement pharmacology trials.
• Research & Development
Lead research planning, trial execution, data analysis, and reporting in therapeutic areas such as autoimmune diseases, cancer, and central nervous system disorders.
• Innovation & Technology
Identify and commercialize new technologies and research methods applicable to the life sciences industry, particularly in drug discovery and related fields.
• Networking & Business
Development Attend domestic and international academic conferences and lectures. Build and maintain strategic networks with researchers and stakeholders, both within and outside the company.
Required Skills and Experience
Education
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. (MD) in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field in Biology
Work Experience / Skills
• Minimum 3 years of research experience in immunology/inflammation, CNS, or oncology
• Fundamental knowledge of drug discovery processes
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal team members
• Ability to anticipate changes and provide appropriate, solution-oriented proposals
• Strong motivation to understand customer needs and drive problem-solving
Preferred Skills and Experience
• 3–4+ years of practical experience in drug discovery research at a pharmaceutical or healthcare-related organization
• Overseas work experience
• Experience in drug discovery-related projects
