Role Overview
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will work on high-impact projects that go beyond strategy development to hands-on implementation. You’ll collaborate with international teams and clients, helping organizations build resilient supply chains and optimize procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support projects in procurement and supply chain management.
Analyze external spend, design supply chain strategies, and implement sustainable procurement solutions.
Deliver client-facing presentations and collaborate on cross-border projects.
Contribute to business development and internal growth initiatives.
Work closely with clients to ensure successful implementation of recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
1–2 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry (preferably in procurement or supply chain).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Team-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
