Main Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

Project Management / プロジェクト運営

  • Manage and oversee strategic projects, regularly reporting to the steering committee.

  • Control performance indicators, budgets, timelines, and milestones.

  • Identify and proactively resolve project obstacles in collaboration with work package leaders, project owners, and stakeholders.

Governance, Control & Reporting / 管理・統制・報告

  • Establish frameworks for project governance.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives and stakeholders.

  • Support buyers by managing purchasing processes and systems to ensure proactive and efficient procurement.

  • Ensure full compliance with processes and systems.

Stakeholder Management / 利害関係者管理

  • Collaborate across departments, coordinating resources effectively.

  • Act as a vital link between executives and project teams.

Risk Management / リスク管理

  • Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure effective execution of project plans.

Continuous Improvement / 継続的改善

  • Analyze project results to enhance future strategic planning.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation.

M&A and Synergy Projects / M&A・シナジープロジェクト

  • Lead procurement sub-work packages for business units, ensuring achievable synergy targets with clear execution plans.

People Management / 人材管理

  • Oversee organizational management, training, and talent development.

Working Conditions / 勤務条件

  • Working Hours: 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00 (flexible, no core time)

  • Mobile Work Policy available

  • Holidays: ~121 days/year (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, plus paid leave, congratulatory/condolence leave, maternity/nursing leave, etc.)
