About the Role

This position focuses on managing warranty claims and cost recovery from overseas suppliers. You will investigate product defects, determine root causes, and negotiate compensation based on purchasing agreements and warranty policies. The role also involves proposing corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce future issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead warranty claim and cost recovery activities with overseas suppliers.

  • Conduct root cause analysis of defective products.

  • Negotiate compensation based on warranty terms and purchasing agreements.

  • Propose and follow up on corrective and preventive actions with suppliers.

  • Collaborate with internal departments including procurement and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or procurement/purchasing within a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in external negotiations or supplier communication.

  • Strong English communication skills (especially written and verbal business correspondence).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement or purchasing, particularly involving cost negotiations or contract management with suppliers.

  • Background in handling warranty claims or quality-related supplier issues.

このポジションでは、海外サプライヤーに対する保証請求および補償金の回収業務を担当します。不具合製品の原因を調査・分析し、購買契約や保証規定に基づいて補償交渉を行います。また、製品品質の向上と将来的な不具合の防止に向けた改善策の提案・実施も重要な役割です。

主な業務内容

  • 海外サプライヤーに対する保証請求および補償金回収業務の主導

  • 不具合製品の原因分析(ルートコーズ分析)

  • 保証条件や購買契約に基づく補償交渉

  • サプライヤーとの是正・予防措置の提案およびフォローアップ

  • 調達部門や品質保証部門など社内関連部署との連携

必須要件

  • 製造業における品質保証または調達・購買の実務経験(2年以上)

  • 外部との交渉経験

  • 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキル(文書・会話ともに)
