Role Overview

The Product Designer will focus on creating user-centered UI/UX solutions for enterprise software products. This role involves designing intuitive interfaces, improving product usability, and contributing to the continuous development of the company's design system.

The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of user needs in a B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
Product & UX Design
  • Create visually engaging and user-focused interface designs based on product requirements and user research.

  • Design new features and improve existing product experiences for enterprise users.

  • Apply established design systems to maintain consistency across digital interfaces.

Collaboration & Product Development
  • Work closely with product managers and engineering teams during feature planning and implementation.

  • Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the organization’s design system and design standards.

User Experience Improvement
  • Continuously enhance usability through iterative design, testing, and feedback analysis.

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

Research & Documentation
  • Support the creation and maintenance of design documentation such as style guides, design principles, and user personas.

  • Conduct or assist with user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Customer Feedback Integration
  • Collaborate with customer support and internal teams to analyze user feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.

Candidate Profile
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.

  • Experience working on software or SaaS products is preferred.

  • Exposure to B2B product environments is beneficial.

Skills
  • Proficiency in Figma for design, collaboration, and prototyping.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Language
  • Business-level Japanese (approximately JLPT N2 or higher).

  • Professional English communication skills.

Location
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the Tokyo office.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in cybersecurity or related technical industries.

  • Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
