Business Focus
To promote ethical corporate communication and sustainable organizational growth, the company is developing a new AI-based product designed to prevent misconduct before it occurs. As the product nears its market launch, the team seeks a Product Marketing Manager who can plan and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
Initially, this position will be part of the development team, collaborating closely with the CTO and engineering manager. As the product launches, the successful candidate will lead the establishment of a dedicated marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing strategies for a new product launch
Gather customer insights and develop user personas
Conduct competitive research and market analysis to define positioning
Clarify the product’s value proposition and develop messaging that resonates with target audiences
Drive go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with sales, customer success, and development teams
Create sales enablement materials, marketing content, and customer journey maps
Plan and manage promotional activities such as press releases, webinars, and industry events
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within B2B SaaS or technology companies
Understanding of compliance, risk management, corporate governance, or organizational health
Proven ability to design and execute marketing strategies that connect product capabilities with market needs
Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and persona development
Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with AI or data-driven product marketing
Hands-on involvement in startup environments or early-stage product launches
