【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Organize programs and activities that are in line with company mission and goals
Manage various large projects at a time
Develop programs and manage budget and operation of the programs
Assess program strengths and areas for improvement
Implement and manage changes to ensure that all goals are met in terms of customer satisfaction, company performance, etc.
Build relationships with stakeholders
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Over 15 years of experience in IT and over 5 years of experience in a program management role
Experience in leading projects such as Upgrade, App Development and Maintenance
Knowledge in project P&L and financial concepts
Ability to review projects and create detailed work schedules
Experience in working with an onsite-offshore delivery model
Business level English and native level Japanese

【応募資格・条件】
工学の学士号または同等の学位
IT企業での15年以上の経験、およびプログラム管理の5年以上の経験
アップグレード、アプリ開発、メンテナンスなどの主要プロジェクトの経験
プロジェクトの損益計算書と財務に関する知識
オンサイト-オフショア配信モデルの使用経験
ビジネスレベルの英語、ネイティブレベルの日本語
