Position Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to take ownership of full-cycle recruitment operations across mid-career, graduate, and diversity hiring. This position plays a key role in supporting both business growth and organizational expansion at a leading global sports brand.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Planning
Design and execute annual hiring plans for mid-career, new graduate, and disability hiring
Collaborate with business leaders to define role requirements and develop recruitment strategies
Track key hiring metrics and report on progress against targets
Drive diversity-focused hiring initiatives aligned with company values
Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
Optimize sourcing channels (agencies, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Lead talent marketing and employer branding campaigns
Improve operational efficiency through recruitment tools and process enhancements
Candidate Experience & Selection
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage candidate evaluations
Coordinate with interviewers to ensure a consistent and high-quality assessment process
Support offer management and candidate closing strategies
Provide a seamless experience from interview to onboarding
Agency Management
Build strong partnerships with multiple recruitment agencies
Negotiate service terms and ensure agency performance aligns with hiring goals
Preferred Experience & Profile
Experience managing recruitment of 100+ hires annually
Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruitment from strategy development to execution
Strong background in agency management and employer branding
Passion for the sports industry and alignment with the company’s brand and mission
Skills & Qualifications
Experience planning new graduate recruitment and internship programs
Exposure to disability hiring and inclusive recruitment initiatives
Team management experience (team size not a constraint)
Business-level Japanese and English proficiency preferred
