Role Overview
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Japan, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, engage, and secure top talent across multiple business functions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, bilingual environment and contribute directly to the company’s growth strategy in the Japanese market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective hiring strategies

  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline

  • Leverage job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates

  • Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese, with strong English reading/writing skills

  • 5+ years’ recruitment experience (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Self-motivated and adaptable in bilingual environments

Preferred

  • Experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR business partnering

  • Track record hiring across tech, business, and back-office functions

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms

Employment & Benefits

  • Type: Full-time employee (3-month probation, no change in salary/conditions)

  • Salary: ¥7,000,000–¥10,000,000 (includes fixed overtime pay; based on experience)

  • Hours: 9:30–18:30 (core time 10:30–16:00; flexible start/end)
