Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for fulfilling client objectives, particularly in the context of international market expansion. Clients may be facing challenges in entering overseas markets or preparing to do so. The Sales Manager begins by understanding client needs and carries out a broad range of tasks including market research, identifying and developing local partners, executing sales and promotional activities post-expansion, and providing regular reporting. Each manager typically handles 3 to 5 client cases.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare strategies and plans for international market entry
Acquire new customers and build relationships

Provide regular reports and updates on progress and performance
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the cosmetics industry
Business-level proficiency in English or Chinese

Over 2 years of international work experience in the cosmetics sector
