Annual salary: up to ¥10,200,000

About the Role
The company supports digital transformation and business efficiency for client organizations through Salesforce-based system implementation and development. With growing demand for Salesforce and the integration of AI-driven Agentforce solutions, the team is expanding its project scope.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and consult on Salesforce and Agentforce solutions
Customize and design Salesforce applications
Develop business workflows using Agentforce and Einstein features
Build standard Salesforce automation (flows, approvals, processes)
Develop with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
Manage system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Propose enhancements using new Salesforce technologies
Integrate systems via APIs
Skills & Experience
Required
3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
Solid understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.)
Preferred
Multiple Salesforce certifications
Experience in requirements definition and client communication
Language
Japanese: Business level
