Transaction firm focused solely in the Life Sciences field. The company integrates strategy, market analytics, and transaction capabilities for Biopharma and MedTech companies. Company has broad capabilities such as licensing, M&A, acquisitions, IPO and VC.
You will play a lead role in executing the firm’s engagements and actively take part in the firm’s new business development activities.
Lead deal execution (licensing, financing, M&A etc.)
Proactively develop new business leads
Manage day to day operation of company including mentoring junior consultants
Represent company on a global level (internally and externally)
