【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Identify opportunities to drive revenue and growth of the company
Manage projects and transactions
Provide support on legal consultation around sales, services, etc.
Supervise the paralegals and other team members
Provide assistance in compliance investigations and projects as necessary
【REQUIREMENTS】
Japanese attorney qualification
Over 7 years of business law experience in a multinational corporation
Business level Japanese and English
【WELCOMED SKILLS】
Attorney qualification in other countries
Expertise in antitrust law, labour law and litigation
Knowledge around IT
