Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Secretarial Support

  • Manage and coordinate schedules
  • Assist with expense reports and invoice processing
  • Handle courier logistics
  • Manage signature collection and record Board/Committee meetings
  • Organize company events, business trips, and offsite meetings; assist with visa applications
  • Respond to inquiries and route them to the appropriate contacts
  • Support the Office Manager in maintaining the office environment
  • Perform additional ad hoc tasks as needed

2. Document Handling

  • Assist in preparing documents for group companies and investors (e.g., notarization, due diligence materials)
  • Prepare required investor documents, including company registry copies and official seal certificates
  • Manage KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures for vendors prior to contract signing

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in office administration, back office operations, or hospitality
  • Familiarity with Google Apps Script
