【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Provide support in all voice equipment and complete daily health checks
Provide on- and off-site remote support for APAC users
Create completion reports after each MAC work is performed
Create quotation templates and manage activities (e.g. power down) around order release
Suggest and execute best practices for voice operations and management activities
【REQUIREMENTS】
Voice engineering and conference systems experience
Strong verbal and written communication skill
Ability to work under pressure in a flexible manner
Problem solving skills
Fluent level Japanese, Business level English

ボイスエンジニアリングおよび会議システムの経験
