Role Overview
This company specializes in providing consulting and educational services to the Medical Affairs divisions of pharmaceutical companies and is recognized as a leader in this field.
To maintain and improve service quality, the organization is expanding its assistant team.
New hires will begin in an assistant role and, after gaining experience, may progress into a variety of Medical Affairs–related career paths based on interests and strengths.
Key Responsibilities

Communication with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions

Support for external training programs and seminars, including operational tasks

Coordination of internal meetings and events

Administrative duties such as contract processing, revenue tracking, and billing

Assistance in consulting projects (information gathering, document creation, etc.)
Requirements
Required

Bachelor’s degree or higher (major not specified)

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

Experience interacting with customers or clients

Work experience in the healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, CSO, CRO, etc.)
Preferred

Basic English ability, especially for reviewing medical terms using translation tools

Ability to organize and manage data (e.g., customer databases)

Strong task and schedule management skills

Experience creating presentation materials for clients (PowerPoint design skills)

Annual Salary: ¥4M – ¥7.5M (based on experience and skill level)
Salary Structure: Monthly salary; biannual bonuses for permanent employees
