• Ensure all day-to-day Customer Service & operational activities are performed efficiently and effectively in compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures

• Process management, improvement, and re-engineering to achieve corporate objective

• To execute system development, roll-out, and maintenance of operating systems

• Maintain department budget

• Develop and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders

• Develop an annual customer service & operations plan

• Team skill development and overall talent management


•Tertiary qualification degree or equivalent and/ or required training in a related field with 5 – 10 years of proven experience in Operational management.

• At least 5 years of experience in directly managing a team in an international company, in Japan.

•Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including logistics practices.

• Strong English & Japanese comprehension and communication skills

•Basic knowledge of distribution and logistics concepts
