We are seeking a General Manager to lead operations at a prestigious Italian fine dining restaurant located in central Tokyo. The role includes overseeing customer service, managing and developing staff, controlling costs and sales performance, and contributing to planning meetings and menu development.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
Lead overall restaurant operations including staff management and development
スタッフの管理・育成を含む店舗運営全般のリードManage financial performance such as cost control and sales monitoring
原価管理や売上のモニタリングなど財務管理Participate in planning meetings and contribute to menu development
企画会議への参加およびメニュー開発への貢献Ensure an exceptional guest experience and high service standards
卓越したゲスト体験と高いサービス品質の維持Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain brand values and quality
キッチンやサービスチームと連携しブランド価値と品質を保持
Qualifications / 応募資格
Experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality
高級レストランやホスピタリティ業界でのマネジメント経験Leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
チームを育成・動機付けするリーダーシップ能力Strong communication skills in Japanese and preferably English or Italian
日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力、英語またはイタリア語のスキル歓迎Passion for Italian cuisine, luxury service, and customer satisfaction
イタリア料理やラグジュアリーサービス、顧客満足への情熱
Work Conditions / 勤務条件
Location: Central Tokyo (Ginza area)
勤務地：東京都中央区（銀座エリア）Working hours: 11:00 – 22:30, closed on Mondays
勤務時間：11:00～22:30、月曜定休Salary: Approximately 500,000 to 600,000 JPY/month (based on experience and skills)
給与：月給約50万円～60万円（経験・スキルによる）Benefits: Social insurance, transportation allowance, employee meals, uniforms provided
