  • Manage, motivate and coordinate distributors to ensure alignment with, and fulfilment of Coleman’s in-market objectives.

  • Ensure successful implementation of relevant strategies and initiatives by distributor.

  • Guide planning and prioritization of agreed business aims, including trade spend, sales, margin and share of trade.

  • Ensure financial and product forecasting accuracy.

  • Plan and support account marketing activities to agreed budgets and timelines.

  • Lead, mentor and motivate the team to drive performance including full performance management.

  • Record, analyses, report and administer accounts consistent with internal systems and requirements.



  • University graduate

  • 5-8 years of Sales in lifestyle industry in Taiwan. (Korea experience is plus but not mandatory)

  • Distributor business management, marketing and promotion activities

  • Experience in Outdoor and/or Sports goods industry in multinational company is highly preferred.

  • Must be able to speak Mandarin and English

  • Strategic planning and process management

  • Presentation skill
