【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage duty-free stores located in Japan, Hawaii, etc. and in-flight business
Develop P&L budgets
Build strong business relationships with business partners
Determine Japan Travel Retail launch plans, including activities around marketing events
Manage hiring, training and other team activities
Create reports on competitor and market trends
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related
Over 10 years of work experience with over 5 years of regional sales experience
Strong communications skills in both Japanese and English
Experience in the cosmetics industry, a plus

競合他社や市場動向に関するレポートの作成
【応募資格・条件】
ビジネスまたは関連分野の学士号
10年以上の実務経験および5年以上の営業経験
日本語および英語での高いコミュニケーション能力
化粧品業界での経験者、優遇
